Curse

A varied Ghost type attack; If the user is Ghost type, it will deal damage every sec for 10s. If the Ghost type user is above 50% hp, the power is doubled at the cost of 25% of the user\'s max hp. If the user is not a Ghost type, instead increase Att & Def by 25 + (0.25*level) & reduce Speed by (40 + (1.0* level)) for 10s.
